From the beginning of July until the middle of October, the light installation "Mitte" shone in the Kunsthalle Tropical on the 2'907 m.a.s.l. high Piz Uter. In consideration of the animal welfare the installation shone in a pulse of about 10 sec. from 20.00h - 23.00h as well as 05.00h - 07.00h, daily.

 

During two days and two nights we built up the light installation with a group of seven people. We carried all the material on our backs and in our hands 1'200 meters up to the summit. The group was catered for at their own expense by Alp Arpiglia.

 

The group was found by a shout out on social media and by sharing via mail.
