Where does life begin, where does it end? This seemingly simple question arose while working in the garden. While I was uprooting the plants, it appeared to me that by doing so I was not only ending this plants life cycle, but simultaneously making way for new life to begin. Is there something like a beginning and an end of life, or isn't it rather an eternal circle, a process that doesn't come to a halt?
